Shen Li Dodge, Founder and Principal, certified PHR, started L.A. Confidential HR Solutions LLC in 2023 after over 15 years in-house HR in multiple industries at an executive level in California. Shen is a multi-lingual HR leader (Bilingual in Mandarin and English and some French Oui) with an international background.

 

Shen holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and has been working in the professional HR fields in California for the past decade.

 

The experience working with start-ups to small and mid-sized companies in the U.S. also internationally has afforded her a keen sensitivity to cultural differences, diversity, equity, and inclusion and the ability to navigate with ease within multicultural organizations. The industries are but not limited to fintech, retail/fashion, media production, real estate, e-commerce, education and manufacturing etc.
