Shen holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and has been working in the professional HR fields in California for the past decade. The experience working with start-ups to small companies in the U.S. also internationally has afforded her a keen sensitivity to cultural differences, diversity, equity, and inclusion and the ability to navigate with ease within multicultural organizations.
